Traffic & User Deicing#1248

Based on weather, traffic would be routed to deicing bays. Due to simulation limitations it would be great even if the traffic lined up and waited a predetermined amount of time (based on aircraft type) before continuing taxi to runway. Users could park at the deicing bay, use a program such as GSX to request animated deicing, after requesting to continue to taxi from ATC. A similar idea to how crossing runways currently work, told to taxi to a position and hold, ATC would not clear the user to move/generate the remaining taxi route till notified by the user.
