Direct to Fix from ATC, Shortcut SID/STAR based on traffic sequencing#1299

Hi, now that the traffic has arrived, it is very important, could you please implement the “Direct to” decided directly by ATC? during the route, at departure and arrival, as in real life to have a better and real sequence, because otherwise everyone would follow only the SID/STAR, instead there is a need to make cuts during all these phases.
