Need a Voice Selection option for user's controller only, not all controllers#1311

Sometimes I will use BATC’s ATC only, and use FSLTL for traffic injection and management. I always choose Premium Voices for Controllers, but unfortunately that means all controllers. So when I use BATC’s traffic injection and management, Premium voice characters use goes way way up, so I can’t use it, or won’t use it.

Please add the option to select controllers that only interact with the user’s plane for ATC guidance. I really like the Premium voices but way too pricey as it is currently configured for voice choices.
