This would be a nice adjunct for those who don’t use their own voices to interact. FSHud has this and I really like being able to click buttons on my yoke assign to number 1 and 2, rather have to grab the mouse to actuate a response. Even just the first two in the menu would be very handy as those are the most frequent responses or requests. Like this which appears you must click the image to display it fully:
