Option to load new flightplan without restarting the BATC and without traffic despawn#1318

Please make it possible to load new flightplan after I did one flight without despawning the AI traffic. It kills the immersion for me a lot. For example I sometimes do realistic shorter flights when in like 8 hours I can fly to 3-4 airports and back to base. When I’m at first destination I make new simbrief plan and I hit ESC so I can hit “Fly!” in BATC again and it will download new flightplan, but all already spawned traffic is going to despawn thats issue number one. If the airport is long to load like for example LTFM by scenery TR (it takes like 5-10 minutes to load this airport) - my theory is that this airport has huge amount of different taxiways with different letters and numbers (taxi communication is long like 10-15 different taxiways A3 B4A B4B C4A C D N1 T7 etc.) that is issue number 2 because If I start my day at LTFM the airport is already loaded in by BATC. When I want to fly back to that airport why BATC has to load that airport again when it was already loaded before and I have to wait like 10 minutes even for the AI traffic inject?- so this second issue is tied to the first issue I described - Is it possible to have BATC running and use something like load new flightplan without AI traffic despawn? Also on the flight back to LTFM I already had it three times some error that my flightplan is not correct having invalid waypoints of the STAR or something like that although the STAR is correct according to simbrief.
