Add GMME to Airport SOP#1589

Dear BATC,

I have no way to prove it other than FR24, but GMME has a preferential runway side which to depart on 03 to the north and arrive on 21 from the north.

You will see one aircraft landing on 21 then just after another one taking off from 03.
