My purchase history is missing.#1611

I created a Beyond ATC account on September 6 under the name PARKBAESEONG.

After that, on October 12, I purchased the Beyond ATC package for $29.99 and used it without any issues.

However, yesterday my computer had a problem, so I had to completely reset it. After reinstalling Beyond ATC and logging in again, I noticed that my purchase history is missing, and I am unable to access the product I purchased.

Could you please help me restore my purchase or advise me on what I should do next?
