Why BATC always assigns opposite runways against simbrief preparation?#1614

Whereas BATC operates based on simbrief, it quite often goes against the flight plan created by simbrief (nor it matches with MSFS 2024’s official flight planner either!). More ridiculous thing is that BATC assigns runways with tailwinds in such occasions, which verifies it does not modifies the plan with any rationality.
