Enhance local voice model#1624

Since the local voice model is the best to use - if you don’t want to use the rather expensive, and still not very suitable premium voice motel (and I even don’t start talking about the basic voice model) - my humble suggestion is, to ‘upgrade’ the local voice with some more ‘slangs’ (right now brit and us only). It would be nice to have this model as kind of a new basic model (and get rid of the model known as basic right now).

I would like more local voice accents, as they seem to be as good or better than Premium, but they’re free. I would also like a priority selection like we have with AI models, so I could use local accents if available, but if not, don’t just substitute with UK/US, but fall back to premium or basic accents.

improvements of the local voice model was planned from the beginning, and it’s still a work in progress.
