I like the idea of seeing small incremental feature updates rather than one large all-encompassing update. Not totally sure what pieces of VFR could be done, but instead of trying to do the whole elephant, start with one part of it…

For example, something like Left or Right traffic direction given for VFRs around an airport. Or just the first contact with the tower for a VFR approach clearance.

Holds… And if “Holds” are too complicated, start with just BATC directing pilots into one.

I’m sure none of it is simple, but perhaps finding those different trigger points would be a good start?

Of course, I’m all in favor of first getting the core in “perfect” working order.
