auto-switch from the local speech service to Basic if the connection fails#1634

Could BATC auto-switch from the local speech service to Basic if the connection fails? It already throws an error, so some handling is in place already. thanks

basic voices are considered legacy, you should use local voices instead. There is no connection with servers as they are generated locally
