BATC Integration with Progressive Taxi Feature for GSX#1642

Introduce native integration between Beyond ATC (BATC) and GSX Progressive Taxi to provide accurate, real-time taxi instructions that align with GSX ground routing logic. This would allow BATC to issue taxi clearances that exactly match the progressive taxi path GSX generates, improving realism, reducing ground navigation errors, and eliminating mismatches between ATC instructions and ground services.
