Pre-Spawn ATIS Access for Active Runway Selection#1650

It would be really useful if ATIS were available before spawning into FS2024. Being able to check the active runway beforehand helps when time is short and I want to start on the runway ready for departure.

ATIS is generated when you launch your flight and from your computer, it’s not possible to generate it beforehands
