Unscripted ATC Behavior for More Realistic Communication#1704

?

I would like to suggest adding optional “unscripted” ATC behavior to increase realism. In real-life ATC communication, controllers sometimes cough, pause, correct themselves, or slightly misspeak before giving the correct instruction. Small human elements like these could make interactions feel more natural and immersive instead of perfectly scripted every time.

For example, the ATC could occasionally:

Briefly cough or clear their throat before speaking

Pause or hesitate while giving instructions

Correct a small mistake in the transmission (e.g., wrong callsign then correcting it)

Slightly rephrase or restate an instruction

Of course, this feature should be optional and adjustable in the settings, so users who prefer clean and perfectly clear ATC can keep it disabled.

I believe this would add a new level of immersion and make BeyondATC feel even closer to real-world radio communication.
