Change RWY for landing, then landing with a tailwind.#1721

Dear developers.
I Flew in strong wind conditions from EKCH to EKYT. Before landing at EKYT, I had to land at the opposite end, which meant that at that time (Live Weather), I would land with a 32-knot tailwind. Message from BeyondATC
Why ??

I use SimBrief to generate my flight route.
