Two different FPS settins withing BATC#1728

I have a humble suggestion, regarding the FPS settings in BATC. I recognized, that I actually need two settings. One for on the ground, and one for inflight/crz.
On the ground (especially with bigger airports), I need to set the fps in BATC to 45. That matches my frames pretty good and the traffic (especially arriving and departing) looks good with the different animation sequences (landing, takeoff, etc.).
But in the air, I actually would need the recommended 60fps (because that would match my sim fps) to have a kind of unstuttery traffic in the air.
So: would it be possible to implement kind of a trigger, which sets two FPS settings, and fps 1 setting is active on the ground and fps 2 setting in the air. For example, the trigger could be set above/below 10k feet.
