Announcing to controller during Ascent/Descent#1731

Many times, when the PNF announces on the radio to a new controller during the ascent/descent and there is a queue of traffic talking, once there is a possibility, the altitude report is outdated, because it does not report the current altitude at that time but the original which is a terrible mistake.
