Conflict with traffic ahead of me holding for me in the same taxiway#1732

Many times an airplane in front of me or even a few positions further in the same taxiway is apparently waiting for me. The only solution right now is to delete this airplane but BATC should understand the conflict and change allowed this airplane to continue taxing.
