Either make the default readback enforcement less strict, or add an option for the user to select this. The current level of readback enforcement is not at all realistic, at least in the United States.
For example, this is how BATC currently functions –
ATC: “United 123 turn left heading 180”
User: “Heading 180, United 123”
ATC: “NEGATIVE turn left heading 180”
Yes, technically the pilot should read back the direction of turn, but in 20 years of professional flying in the US I have NEVER heard a controller refuse to accept that readback. The only mandatory verbatim readbacks in the US that controllers must enforce are runway assignments and hold short instructions.

We would rather improve the voice recognition than giving the option to disable all together. Please submit it as a bug report on the discord
