IFR flights forced into Visual Approach with no option to request ILS (No STAR)#1777

Ever since the latest update, when I file an IFR flight plan without a STAR, the ATC automatically forces a Visual Approach and completely locks out the other approach requests.

I cannot request an ILS or RNAV approach because the UI option is disabled. Even if there is no STAR, we should still be allowed to manually request instrument approaches and get vectors, or at least choose them from the menu.

Please unlock the approach request menu when flying without a STAR.
