Speech Speed Control (Beginner / Medium / Advanced)#1803

It would be great to have an option to adjust the speed of ATC speech. For newer simmers or non-native English speakers, the current pace can sometimes be too fast to follow clearly. A simple setting with a few levels - for example Beginner (slower), Medium (default), and Advanced (realistic/fast) - would make the sim much more accessible and help users gradually improve their radio communication skills.
