On many larger airports in the EU, it is not uncommon to get initial taxi instructions from the tower after landing. For instance they will instruction you to vacate and then follow a specific taxiway or turn etc., guiding you in the general direction before handing you off to the tower.
This would be quite handy in the sim as well, because on many large airports it takes quite some time until you are handed off and got your taxi route to the stand, that you will have to stop the aircraft after vacating to do the talking, because you just don’T know where to go yet. (sometime it’s obvious, other time you have a bunch of choices right after vacating the rwy.)
this or a quicker handoff to ground would be appreciated.
