Feature request: bindable joystick/keyboard toggle to hide/unhide the BeyondATC in-game panel (EFB-style, for VR)#1909

Description:
Please add a bindable command (joystick button or keyboard key) that hides and unhides the BeyondATC in-game toolbar panel.

Why this matters (VR):
In VR, reaching the MSFS toolbar to open or close the BeyondATC panel means pointing the VR controller or mouse at the toolbar, which is awkward and breaks immersion. The panel is useful when needed but blocks the view the rest of the time. A single button to hide or show it would make BeyondATC much easier to use in VR.

Desired behavior (similar to the MSFS EFB):
The toggle should hide and unhide the panel, not close and reopen it. Like the MSFS EFB, the panel should stay loaded in the background while hidden, and showing it again should be instant. It shouldn’t re-initialize or re-render from scratch each time. That means:

No reload delay or blank screen when bringing the panel back
The current state is kept: the active tab, scroll position, frequency info, and so on
The panel’s position and size are kept
No extra load on the sim from rebuilding the panel on every toggle

Requested functionality:

A hide/unhide toggle command for the BeyondATC in-game panel
Bindable to a joystick/HOTAS button or a keyboard key
Ideally exposed as an MSFS control binding, a SimConnect event, or an L:var, so it also works with tools like SPAD.neXt, MobiFlight, FSUIPC, or Axis and Ohs
