Feature request: BeyondATC app for the MSFS EFB#1910

Description:
Please make the BeyondATC panel available as an app inside the MSFS EFB (tablet), alongside or as an alternative to the current in-game toolbar panel.

Why this matters:

VR: The EFB is already where VR pilots look for flight tools. It’s in the cockpit, in arm’s reach, and can be shown or hidden without going to the toolbar.
Immersion: It works from inside the cockpit, the same way a real pilot uses a tablet, with no floating window over the view.
Built-in hide/unhide: The EFB already keeps apps loaded when hidden, so BeyondATC would come back instantly with its state kept, with no re-rendering.
Consistency: Other add-ons (charts, weather, performance tools) already live in the EFB, so BeyondATC would fit the same workflow.

Requested functionality:

A BeyondATC EFB app with the same features as the current in-game panel (frequencies, ATC messages, requests, settings, and so on)
Works in both 2D and VR
Ideally works with aircraft that use the standard MSFS EFB, and is usable regardless of which aircraft is loaded
