Make a Linux version of the BeyondATC X-Plane plugin. Ideally a Linux version of BeyondATC itself would be great, however BeyondATC runs well over Wine/Proton so an X-Plane plugin communicating over UDP would already be enough for the whole thing to work well on Linux.
