Version: BeyondATC Experimental 1.11.2, MSFS 2024, FSLTL traffic
Aircraft: PMDG 777-300ER, callsign UAE432 (OMDB-WSSS)
Date/time: 1 Nov 2026, approx 00:30-00:50Z, Singapore morning arrival wave
What happened:
- I was established on descent and ahead of THY285 in the arrival stream.
- THY285 was cleared to descend after me and was given no speed control (approx 434 kt ground speed).
- It overtook me from behind and was sequenced ahead of me for RWY 02L.
- On short final THY285 was directly in front of me, close enough that I had to self-initiate a go-around.
- RWY 02C was also in use for arrivals, so a sidestep was available but not used.
Related issues on the same arrival:
- QTR942 was cleared down first despite being behind me.
- No early spacing or speed control from Lumpur/Singapore control before the STAR.
- After the go-around there was no way to declare “minimum fuel” or request priority.
Expected behaviour:
- Faster trailing traffic slowed or kept high and sequenced behind the leading aircraft.
- Use of the parallel arrival runway (sidestep) to resolve conflicts.
- Support for “minimum fuel” / “MAYDAY fuel” calls with priority handling.
