Support channel in discord for paying customers#572
Can we get an easier way to report problems? Appears the discord is locked down to developers and mods only. I see no information on how to contact support related to technical problems and or software failures.

Yeah that seems to be a catch all for everything. Really need to have a “channel” similar to “batc-support-forum” where the inditivial items are submitted instead of a regular chat channel.
Maybe something like this is what you’re looking for #514?
Nope what i”m looking for is a channel similar to “batc-support-forum” where support items can be opened by those that own the software. Should be a quick thing to setup i would think? OR a ticketing system on your website.
