Use nav data from navigraph#773

Please use navigraph as your data soure like say intentions AI.

yes, the issue is: If you fly with navigraph charts, like for LSZG > MSFS 2024 shows 2x Tower and Ground is missing. Like Grenchen Ground is 121.805 but BATC shows only 120.100 etc. It would be great for those who use Navigraph, to add this feature. I mean, Sayintensions use it and even Pilot2ATC does. Please devs, i cant use BATC alway because of this issue
